Auditz is a specialist Telecommunications management service. We analyse bills, advise on currency of rates and charges and we help you “Right-Size” your infrastructure and services.
Cost Management
Auditz will work with your incumbent supplier to ensure your costs and scale are reviewed regularly. This ensures you use the best options in the right volumes and pay the best price. Whilst locked into term contracts, you still retain the right to adjust your spend as your needs and scale change.
Supplier Negotiations, Tenders and RFPs
Auditz is independent of the Telco’s. We will find you a supplier that fits your scale and your needs. Or, we will help your existing supplier lift their game and deliver what you need.
Mobile Management
We will monitor your mobile fleet and ensure you get the best result for your spend. We can optimise the plan structure across multiple phones and devices, to eliminate waste and help you avoid those all too common “Bill Shocks”. Mobile Smartphones can become a significant liability if not managed well. We can help you put a plan in place.
BCP
Auditz will examine your risk level and vulnerability. Nowadays Telecommunications and Internet services are crucial. Downtime is costly, but a good design does not need to be costly. We will help you build a scale appropriate contingency plan to keep your vital services running in all but the worst of disaster situations.
How does it work?
We need around 20 minutes of your time for each physical site your business occupies. We’ll need access to records that show what you spend and with whom and for what. We may need authority to question your suppliers. Within a few days we will return with an analysis of your position and an indication of the cost savings available if our suggestions are adopted.
What does it cost?
We work on a gain-share basis. Our fees are dependent upon the result we achieve for you. Where a new supplier is matched to your business needs, often they will reward us for our efforts and you receive the full benefit at no cost.
